Review of Promise Skilled Nursing Facility of Overland Park,

This facility is by FAR the WORST facility I have ever been to! I have visited and worked in many hospitals and facilities, none come even CLOSE to as bad at this one. They are under staffed. The front desk people do nothing, but sit behind the front desk and answer call lights by phone, but never actually get up and go answer them. Call lights go on forever. People sit in bowl and urine for long periods of time. They are VERY unorganized! They have HORRIBLE communication skills. My mother was there for a week and I did everything to get her out of there. I would not send my worst enemy there. Something needs to be done.
