This facility is only after your money. They will do underhanded things to keep their residents and get rid of family. I put my loved one in this home and visited daily. In the first few months I noticed incidents of neglect, patients in urine filled undergarments for over an hour, feces on the floor, patients highly medicated so they could be easier to control. I tried talking to some of the nurses to no avail. Then I called the Board of Health believing the call would be confidential, a week later I was approached by the head nurse with very hostile words. I started searching for a new home while the staff of this home filed a complaint against me and attempted to have me barred from the home "in the best interest of my loved one". They are dangerous. One star for the food and select staff members (though they are afraid to stand up against the wrongs of the administration).
