This place is a new but filthy facility with a minimum of staff. The two people on duty are not enough to answer a call, let alone provide good care to the patients. The nursing staff has no knowledge of the patients because there are no notes or instructions. Medical, nutrition and care needs are not posted. A call to kctcc is likely to be dropped or never answered. The staff hates the lack of direction from the management. The docs and ambulance providers suggest finding another place…….any other place.
