not a good home-no personalization, no color, loud noises all the time,smells bad, no activities. Staff slow or indifferent about returning phone calls. Food is okay but not outstanding. No welcome desk- hard to identify where to go or to know who is in charge. Residents tried to help but really staff should greet people. Absolutely no security anyone can come and go. Will be moving my loved one out soon for these very reasons. There is no care at this facility.
