dirty facility that smells of urine. understaffed, never has enough supplies, has bad food and hardly any activities for the residents. Accepts ANY resident even with severe behavior problems. has lost residents before and has been cited for abuse. I would not recommend!

Riverside South has a 4 Star Rating from CMS and 5 Star for Nursing quality. I would recommend it highly.
