We just moved my grandmother in yesterday and I must say we have been very pleased. Everyone we met from the director to all her nurses have been so welcoming and caring. Her roommate and neighbor are very delightful. The facility is what you would normally see in a nursing home. However, I can't say enough nice things about all the staff we have had help from. They truly are caring and a blessing to my grandmother.

We are having the opposite care there with Father, Also have seen the personal yell at residents, and have had other residents family member's tell us what they have seen happen to my Father while we are not there. I wish we could feel the way your family does.
