The place smells very strongly of urine and I often see the residents waiting in line to use the restrooms.

I agree. The smell is just terrible in this facility. Every time my husband and I visit, we leave feeling sick. My son and his wife visited just once and the smell was so bad they have not returned in large part because she is pregnant and we have health concerns for the baby. On my most recent visit our 5 year old grandson upon entering the building asked in a loud voice, WHAT IS THAT SMELL? We didn't answer and then a few minutes later he said THAT SMELLS LIKE PEE. After 30 minutes, he asked if he could go out to the car because he felt sick.
On top of that, the last time they showered my mother they did not wash her hair. She looked just awful. I have no idea when the last time was she had her hair shampooed.
