My mom was at Greenleaf Health Campus for several weeks. The experience was awful! The nursing staff neglected my mom on several occasions. I reported the neglect every time each one occurred. The administrated staff assured me they would take care of my concerns. The neglect continued in spite of what I was told by the administrators. The last straw was when my mom put on her call light in the middle of the night because she was having difficulty breathing. Her light stayed on all night and no one came in to check on her until the day shift came in to work. She was rushed to the hospital and they found her lungs surrounded by fluid which had to removed through a needle. We could have lost my mom that night due to the neglect of nursing and administrative staff. I do not recommend Greenleaf Health Campus for the care of your loved ones!

Never brings medications or food on time. Always forgot to bring in food for past couple of weeks. Not much activities to do. Avoid at all costs!

I have never seen so many employees in one facility that strive to make not only the resident's stay as welcoming and enjoyable but also the family. The courtesies and hospitality really take the stress away form all involved.
Courtyard Healthcare Center Goshen, Indiana 46526
I have been less than satisfied with the care that this facility provides. Response times to in room resident needs have been less than satisfactory. A few skilled people function here, but too many others seem unskilled. A continual influx of new employee faces suggest a high turn over rate. Employees seem to be over worked which suggests under staffing. Administration seems to be dollar focused, rather than care focused.
