Facility is dirty and equipment is either non-functioning or very old and barely functioning. Staff did not realize my father had passed until his roommate told them - 3 hours later. He was there for 3 days and was never seen by a doctor.
Glenshire provides extremely poor care and I would not send anyone I care about there. My family and I will be doing everything in our power to get this place closed down. It is seriously only for patients who have literally no other choice.
