Absolutely a horrid place. The nursing staff is under trained and under staffed. The CNA's are the worst in knowledge, compassion and skill. Takes at least 30 minutes for a call light to be answered. Pulled our parent out in n a week. Spent 15 hours a day over-looking to keep our loved one safe. Don't be fooled by the "cute" lower level. Stay away!
