I would never ever recommend this dirty place to anybody.
- place is so dirty
- they are not fully staff
- they left my mom neglected with out wiping her legs. Stools all over her legs and feet. Staff did not throughly clean her. At that time the staff already know she had infection on her stool. Staff did not clean my mom. I am verry upset about it. It happended twice, the staff neglected my mom. My my moms buttom and her private had all rashes all over. Sorry I am very driscripted about this.
- to get help, you have to pull the string to get some help, again they do not come right away. The staff takes them an hour or an hour enough half to get to to my mom.
- the foods are drie and discusting.
- the room and bath rooms are not sterelise. We have to ask them to clean it or we have to clean it our selves. Again it takes for the staff along time to come and clean.
- My mom purpose at Niles Rehab (Avantis Rehab) was to gain her strenght and help them to do things on her own after coming out at the hospital. They did not do their job. They made it worst for my mom.
- My mom had gone and past away because the staff had neglected her twice. My family had miss our mom so much. If I new the staff are like that. We would have not put our mom in to that discusting place. By the way mom was only their for 3 weeks and now shes's gone.
- I hope who ever is reading this view. Think really twice to bring your love once at that place (AVANTIS REHAB AT NILES) NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. VERY POOR STAFF…
