Short staffed, serious medication errors, confine patients to their beds, disinterested nurses, bathroom calls ignored resulting in accidents in bed followed by bed sores, sub-standard equipment, poor management, bad food, depressing environment and lack of loving care. Disorganized as well. Only a couple caring employees, the rest do not seem to care and that is obvious. Elderly patients and residents lose their dignity in a sad place like this and also their will to live.
