I have been to Herrin Rehab and I know most nursing homes can smell but at Herrin Rehab it smelled everytime I was in there visiting. I saw CNAs doing things they should not have been doing without gloves. Thee residents complained a lot about the food being gross or just having It recently i feel sorry for the resisents their that's why I got my family out quick.
