arrogant and disrespectful staff. refuse to speak english despite constant reminders to do so. filthy dirty premises. disgusting. i don't know how or why this place is able to stay open. ignoring pleading patients seated in open areas is normal. one wonders what happens when no visitors are there if they ignore so readily when family/visitors are there.
