I could not give this organization a full star. They are understaff, they do not provide direct patient care staff any incentive so staff stay with the organization longer than 6 months. Staff is not appreciated and are only there for the experience, they are over worked and underpay. Residents are primary spanish speaking and more than half of the direct patient staff does not speak spanish. The building is an old building drafty windows. Due to lack of staff entire 2nd and rd floors smell of urine 24 (7). They are so understaff the visitors tell the staff when residents diapers are leaking and a diaper and clothing change should take place. Residents more often than not are wearing their personal clothing. Resident personal clothing is always disappearing. I personally visit my family member 3-4 days a week for 3-4 hours and find myself assisting other residents whom I have come to see as family members. All floors need to be as nice as the 1st floor with large space to socialize if residents desire. All floors should have a small chapel should residents or visitors feel they would like meditation time. I would need to see a lot of improve to give them more than 1/2 star.
