This is not the place for anyone you love. Whenever I tried to call and talk to my father there was always an excuse. He is sleeping, we can't find the phone, we can't get him up. I fwas finally put on the phone with him after threatening to call Illinois Department of Health. When I did talk to him he told me his wallet had been stolen. He fell 4 times in 2 weeks and had only fallen 3 times in 2 years at the previous facility. Again this is not the place for anyone you love.
