I moved my Mother from a "higher rated" nursing home 6 months ago. I have found Grace Healthcare to be much better than her previous home in every way. The Medicare "ratings" seem to have very little to do with the actual care recieved and more to do with whether or not the administrator got his/her paperwork done. Grace still has room for improvement, but it should not have as low of a rating as suggested by Medicare.
