Not a good choice. My husband was in severe dehydration (almost in shock) and in kidney failure when they finally took him to the hospital. He'd been feeling ill for several days and all they wanted to do was threaten him and me to kick him out b/c he was too sick to do his therapy…they did not recognize signs of his dangerous dehydration (did they go to school???) They took him to the hospital so suddenly the family didnt have time to get his belongings…the Kindred staff did nothing to secure his room and personal property. I had to threaten to get the police involved to get his valuable property back. They will request a family meeting and be so concerned about where their money is coming from the care of the patient is secondary. No recommendation from me.
