I can only give Budd Terrace a huge thank-you for the care I received. I have actually been a patient there twice, and both times were so incredible. My first stay was on the 2nd floor last fall (2011). I found the staff to be very engaging and caring. They made me feel like a person, not a number. They respected my choices and my privacy while I recovered. My second stay was a couple of months ago (March 2012) following my hip replacement surgery. Since my first stay was such a positive experience, I didn't think twice about where I would go for my therapy after surgery at Emory University Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. This second stay was on their 6th floor. This floor is so quiet and perfect for recovering from the surgery I had just experienced. The therapy team is absolutely the best. Everywhere I looked, I saw therapists, and every one of them was busy with patients. The therapy room is so full of energy that it made me want to hurry back to walking and playing tennis. Without this therapy team, I'm not sure where I would be right now, but I'm getting ready to head back to the tennis court , and I owe it all to the wonderful 6th floor team and therapy team at Budd Terrace.
