Signature stinks…and I mean that literally. They have failed the "smell test" many times, especially on the third floor. But that's minor in comparison to the nursing care. Only a few of the CNAs take pride in their work. The second and third shifts are really lazy. The marketing team does a fabulous job of selling the services provided by Signature, but the nursing staff does not live up to the claims.
