My grandfather was sent her for rehab after surgery. He was there for 5 days before being sent back to the ER because his catheter was no longer working. He had bloody urine for 2 days and he it wasn't until the doctor saw him, that they sent… Full Review

too many to a room, wheelchairs every where. residents staying in them too much. food bad, staff not taking care of residents. staff stating they are there to make money and that is why so many in each room. staff treat residents bad abusive… Full Review

This Nursing home is extremely overcrowded, 3 people to a room and patients in wheelchairs everywhere. The environment is chaotic ! Patients wandering the hallways and parked in wheelchairs everywhere. The Lunch for patients looked disgusting… Full Review
