This facility has seen a lot of changes in the past few months. The facility itself looks a lot nicer than it used to and walking around, there are new staff members that seem as though they actually care. I wanted to put in a review because I honestly believe this facility has gotten so much better. I have been happy with the level of customer serviced received here, but have had my reservations about referring someone because of the experiences of others. I feel so much more comfortable referring someone now. The new management seem to be working, as the facility seems in my eyes, to be so much better.
