Very poor service. When my mother arrived, there was no phone, no commode, no remote for tv, no chair for guests. Some of these things were remedied after we complained, some of these things were remedied. Every meal has been not what we ordered. My mother has not seen a doctor in 3 days, despite ill health. Coordination is very poor between staff, the place just doesn't have it together. I saw a resident sleeping in direct Florida sunlight in his wheelchair and reported it to the front desk. 10 minutes later, when I left, he was still there.
THe staff is friendly and tells you they will handle whatever you request, but things do not get done. The one positive aspect is the physical therapy which has been good.
