This place is the pitts ! My healthy dad just needed therapy for an issue with his leg. He got severe diareaha…going 20 times a day. We begged for an IV as he was severely dehydrated. It took 5 days to diagnose..C DIFF.. He lost almost 40 pounds in 20 days. His body and muscle mass wasted away. He has lost most of his eyesight. He has to learn to walk again. He cannot stand at all needs constant assistance. His body looks like he was rescued from a concentration camp.
on one ocassion he was almost given someone elses medication.
Cleanliness is nonexistent.
they are short in staff.
The meals are poor and lack nutrition and have a one menu fits all approach.
At this point I am not sure my father will recover or survive. He may have passed the point of no return..he has been home about 10 days and has gained 5 pounds but his muscles continue to waste.
My recomendation is that this facility should be shut down! I would not put my dog there!
