Florida found 14 violations last year on one complaint! In addition the food was horrible. Common shower area had no heat. State made them add heaters! How do I rate this ZERO stars?

My mother has been at this facility for near six years now. The information in this post simply is not correct. They did receive several recommendations on the annual survey in 2011, but not from a complaint. I have been very pleased with how they take care of my mother. The administration turnover is an issue, but the care here is good, the building is one of the nicer in the area and it is clean.
