First Impression ? ? ? will wait and see. Have only visited once but will be returning periodically to check on family member. During first visit - plus side- staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful to patient and other patients in the public areas that I observed. Responded quickly to concerns and assured us that they would not reoccur Minus side observed therapist texting on cell phone (obviously not patient relateded based on comments made to others in the room and sharing of phone) while patient was present though not in any danger or discomfort. Just thought it was unprofessional and inappropriate and makes one wonder whether it is usual behavior and carries over to other areas. Time will tell.
