All of the staff at the Edgewater were very nice to my grandmother. The thing I like about this place is that the staff felt like family to my grandmother while she was in there. Something that many people could relate to is that this "Nursing Home" did NOT smell like urine. I think every nursing home that I have ever stepped foot in had an odor. This is a well managed facility. A+
