I did not want to give them even one star as I feel they deserve none. They forced my mother to wear a diaper that they took out of her room mates closet even though she kept telling them no as she never wears them. They also unpluged/turned off her Nurse call button. They were only giving her cough syrup for her very bad cough after my request. She only saw the Dr. once. three days before her care plan meeting they had her sign questionable papers with a lot of empty "fill in the blanks" that could be filled in at a later date by anyone. Again, they insisted strongly that she sign where they told her and not date. She wanted family members to look at them first and advised them of such. I took her out after that because I could not recognize her voice over the phone and admitted her to local hospital where she was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis among several other health issues. They also lost a lot of her laundry due to improper inventory procedures. Patients do not have phones in their rooms, they have to share a cordless that is passed around the unit (germs can spread that way).
