I was excited when I met the Administer and how she made us believe the facility was going to improve the clients way of life.
I wonder if all the homes they have in Tampa and else were in Florida are just as bad.
So far the meals have not improved/ No more ice cream and that is something clients look forward to every day. NURSES HAVE 30 PATIENTS SO DAYS.
Some of the CNA do a good job and other are a lost cause.
This facility is all about the money and nothing new.
They came in with high hopes and have not shown me anything .
