DO NOT leave your loved one here without being their advocate on a DAILY basis. If you cannot manage this, I'm begging you to look elsewhere. I can't promise that there is somewhere better…just saying that my family and I have had to intervene and solve issues here ALMOST DAILY.
Not sure why they don't believe in hiring employees for the evenings and weekend shifts…do they think our families don't need the same care at these times? Guess what…my loved one needs the exact same care on Saturday and Sunday as on Wednesday…why is this so difficult? Also needs to use a bedpan/restroom in the evening just as much as in the morning and afternoon…why so little help?????
