This place is a nightmare they casued my mom to have bedsores and they didt Evan properly diagnose her pneumonia..

My mom is now dead I would not defftanly not recommend this place.

Office / Administration staff are prone to leave early, do not promptly answer the phone, when they do, transfer to the long term "keys" section and you will almost certainly not get an answer. I just tried to find out if a resident was still alive, rudely refused cutting HIPPA. The food is often so substandard it's pitiful.

Our son was sent there with a facture back and on antibiotics. He has not recieved his pain meds for over 10 hours. Now they are saying they have to change his antibiotic that was thee only one he is responding to for the infection. He was placed in a room with a man who is attached to a peeper wihich goes off everytime the man tries to get up. it takes the nurses any where from 10 to 15 mins to come and turn it off. He is a bipolar and has requested another toom because he was told he would have a private room. He has not been able to get any rest! we attempted tp speak with a supervisor . ist call we were told she was on break and would call us back. after a two hour wait my husband called back and was left on hold for thirty minutes. they are refusing to move him to a private room even though he was told he would be in a seperate room. He has a severe infection and can not afford to get another one. they also have not used snaitary measures when touching his pick line. when he ask why they were not wearing gloves the nurse says you need to ask them to waer gloves! Really?? we have a problem with this. Dont place your loved one here. I hate to think what happens to people who cant speak for themselves!!!

Mom has been in the daily care of the Rehab Ctr of WP for just over a year. The facility is immaculate, the staff is superb. I can call them 24/7 if there is ANYTHING amiss. Mom was in another facility prior to RCWP and to say that their "care" was inadequate is an understatement. When Mom entered RCWP I knew that it would be her last "home" before God calls her. Thanks to all of their very caring staff members both Mom and I sleep better at night. To this staff, Mom's not just another client, she's treated as a one-of-a-kind priority. Caring for such patients is definitely difficult, but RCWP makes it second nature to their calling. Kudos to all. (Submitted 05-24-12)

I lived out of town, and although I could visit weekly to every two weeks I had to leave almost all of the care and decisions up to the Rheab Center of WP. They never let me down and took excellent care of my mother until she died. I feel so much gratitude to all of them, because they really cared and I could see it and my mother felt it. She had friends and family there.

Thank you to everyone involved. We owe you a debt of gratitude.

My Dad has been at two other Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facilities in Orlando and I see a distinct improvement in the staffs' willingness and kindness to help and assist at RCWP. My Dad has improved a great deal in the two or so weeks he has been there. It has been leaps and bounds better than the other two fancier facilities where there was either disdain by the staff for the caring of an elderly person or great disorganization which lead to poorer care. I am quite pleased.

THE CASE WORKER THAT ASSISTED MY MOTHER WAS LESS THAN ADEQUATE. THE CASE WORKER AND THE THERAPIST WERE NOT SUFFICIENT IN ANY WAY. NO WALKER UPON HER RELEASE AND THERAPY DIDNT MAKE HER ANY STRONGER THAN THE DAY SHE WALKED IN THERE.

THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE THAT PLEASED ME ! NOTHING !

I COULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
