The Director of Nursing is destroying this building. She runs off any staff, even administrators, that she does not like or that do not agree with her. The staff, including the management staff, do not like her. How does she keep her job after that many G tags on surveys? The quality of care under her direction is AWFUL, and their survey results reflect this!!
