The staff is very nice and responds quickly. The major problems I found were two: 1) getting your meds at the right time. I.e., diabetic meds - it's essential to get insulin before meals and pill after meal. This was not followed. Also… Full Review

Shocked and appalled. My Mother was seriously ill and in great pain, but we were informed the Doctor would not come and see her as he did not work on a Saturday and so instead she was left to suffer whilst the staff continued to serve breakfast… Full Review
