The previous review dated July 8th was brought to my attention and as a current employee, really bothered me. I would like to first apologize to the next reader that has to read this nonsense. I have worked at Signature for a few months and can say I have really seen a lot of new and exciting changes at this facility. As you may know healthcare and nursing homes have always been a challenging and changing subject. I can promise you as long as I'm an employee or have the responsibility of taking care of your loved ones they will always be number one on our priorty list. We are doing amazing things and building numerous important relationships with within Lee County to provide the best services regardless of your income or benefits. All patients should and will be treated with the best of care. We can't change the past but we can promise you a great future. We do care and if you would like, we always offer a free tour or you can always volunteer to really see how we love our residents. I wish you and your loved ones the best in your decision to choose a skilled nursing facility and we are always here to help even if we are not your facility of choice.
