A large portion of the staff is surly and perform tasks grudgingly. Frequent staff turnover. Food is worse than cafeteria fare - leftover dried chicken leg tonight becomes chicken "soup" tomorrow. Mattresses are old and thin in spots. Lights don't always work. Medication not always available.
