Staff will try to cover for each other when patients have not been taken care of, either in feeding, care or when and hur.
Witnessed a man fall out of his wheelchair that was not belted in and hit his head on the hard floor, bleeding. Nurse that was standing there not watching, got help to put him to bed. Worst thing to do is put a patient to bed w/concussion……that went unreported.

I live across the street from this nursing home and have a bad feeling about it. I constantly hear women screaming in the middle of the night, most of the people that wor there cannot speak English, they hang out in front of the facility smoking cigarettes and I have approached the facitlty numerous times about these issues and again, no one fully understands what I am saying and seem to have no concern for any "complaint". DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.
