Review of Brookdale Green Mountain

Horrible facility, my father got bed sores due to the lack of care, the facility was always understaffed, the director of nursing was horrible and degrading. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. My father recently passed due to the infection from the bed sores. DO NOT SEND your loved ones here!
