Thank you! We appreciate the way the staff worked with our sister without judgement. The staff was helpful, kind and prepaired to clean up a mess whenever she had her light on. The family was treated with equal respect and caring. We noticed the residents were treated very respectfully, please and thank you was used by all staff. The residents seemed happy. The staff were curious and asked us(family) lots of questions. The office personnel and Director of Nurses were outstanding too. The front desk was very helpful, it goes on and on. Of course the PT/OT too, everyone was truly wonderful. Thank you and with love, our family.
