to me this home seem to way understaffed When all of the residence are in the dining hall there are no CNA or Nurces near the other rooms were there are residences asking for hepl. the CNAs that are in the dining hall are eating at the table wiht the residences that need assistants. the food it out out for the residences and the ones that need assistance have to wait for the CNAs to come back to there tables and feed them. which could be up to 20 to 30 min while there food gets cold.
