This is the most horrid place ever! It takes a long time to respond to patient emergencies. The ratio of CNA/RN to patients is bad. Not enough staff for the patients. The management is incompetant (CEO & family as well as the directors) It appears they have had no formal training in their current positions. The facility does not care about the patients and their well being.

Everyone I've spoken to who resides at Sunnyvale Health Care Center says that they love it there. My mother lives there. She has for the last three years and LOVES it there.
