This is one of the worst nursing facilities I have ever been in. The staff speak their own language in front of the patients and often laugh at the patients and walk away when a confused patient is asking for help.
The licensed nurses are often too busy to properly supervise the nursing assistants. The nursing assistants will walk right by a call lite or a patient sitting in the hall way asking for help with out even stopping.
The patients rooms are filled to over flowing with piles of personal items where as a true fire hazard is exists in almost every patients room.
