This is a poorly run facilty! Lack of communication from staff & never follow through on issues brought before them. CNA's place clothes in the facilites laundry even when it is posted family does laundry..Causes clothes to be lost and never returned. Items are stolen from residents, even off a ill residents body. Proven fact! Food served to residents is barely fit to eat. Alot of wasted of food! They are understaffed and residents are poorly cared for. The only good I can say is, they do have a fine physical therapy department. When it is scheduled for a resident to be released the staff will make excuses as to why the resident will not be released on the said date if it is in the middle of the month. They want the resident to stay until the end of the month, all about money!! And will do whatever they need to do to keep the resident there, lies, excuses, not release them. Inspite of, the resident is has improved greatly and their wishes are to go home. The resident was there for rehab NOT permanently. If you want to be lied too constantly by staff an employees this is the place for your loved one, otherwise look elsewhere. I personally would NEVER recommend this facilty to anyone!! My loved one was treated with disrespect (as well as myself) by staff and employees. I witnessed it daily!!!
