I have a family member at this facility, it has been a good and bad journey. If your family member has bed sores then this is a great place that has a specific nurse that specializes in this ( I would give her 5 stars). Once the family member has recovered the quality of care is downhill. Country Villa has 2 nursing stations, station one the nurses are good and respond to family requests. Station 2 the nurses are horrible!!!!!! They don't change adult diapers when needed, they say they will and they never do. Good luck asking for help from one of them, they make every excuse not to help and they do it in front of you! Please do not leave your loved ones in the hands of these people.
