Flies everywhere, understaffed, physician and medicine hiccups constant. Problems with pharmacy, resident doctors, mechanized equipment, illiterate and non English speaking nurses and staff throughout.
Only very low cost long term Medicare patients wanted. others will be "encouraged" to leave via variety of breakdowns, including machines, medication delivery, communications from doctor, etc.
Ineffective communication between shifts, have to start every day with a laundry list of what is done versus not done, as patient is interrogated if they complain about shift times and staff members.
So, get your pencils out!
