My husband spent 5 days in this "nursing home" in December 2010, after a long stint in the hospital . He went there at the express request of his doctors who though he needed to rehabilitate. I put nursing home in quotation marks because there was nothing nursing about this establishment. If I could rate it at 0, I would. In the few days he was there he managed to get an infection in his wound, One night he wasn't given his IV because the nurse's assistant said he didn't need it. He was not given medication, he was crammed in a tiny room that should fit no more than 2 beds, there was no room to even put a chair between the beds, between 2 other patients, on who had bowels in his pants and the nurse would come and spray some horrible unhealthy spray to cover the odor, the other who was coughing his brains out etc..etc.. etc…. I rented medical equipment and got him out as soon as I could. He never got an infection at my "nursing home" . this is based on our expereince 1 1/2 years ago. Hopefully it's better now. If not it should be closed.
