Administrator and office staff very unprofessional. will not recommend faciltiy to any of my family. Nurses are okay. Business office rude

I agree with you, the nurses are really nice specially the ones when I go visit my mom in the afternoon about the office people very nice but the administrator looks like he thinks he is doing us a favor by having my mom there, I'm a assistant of a lawyer and even him having his doctorate is more humble than this 'person.' Anyway I'm glad the nurses are nicer than him that's the only reason my mom is still with them
