I am a family member of a Patient that has been in for a couple of months at this
facility. i have noticed a lot more of housekeeping is needed for example:
if your walking down the halls bad smells(not everyday),some rooms are not cleaned
everyday,at night if your out of bathroom supplies (to bad no housekeeping at nights)
make sure you bring in suffient toilet paper,desinfectant spray, ect.. and last of all….
a Receptionist that when you walk in at least smile!(not just look at you saying nothing) listening to a i-pod in the ear!!
if you smoke this facility is for you!! (guest and visitors smoke right in front of the door) you don't need to go further to smoke!

I have a family member in bella vista and they treat him wonderful. Whenever my dad needs something they attend him right away. The doctor sees him at least 4 times a week. They clean the room once a day. Its just wonderful!
