My Mom was admitted to Heartland for a short time before she was returned to hospital. When ready to discharge from hospital she refused to return and I had to begin my search all over. Staff was rude, if you could locate them. Facility was cluttered and smelled. The other patients there never smiled, they seemed like they were just waiting to die. Concerns taken to Administrator were never addressed.
