Missed heart medication.
Undertrained, incompetent staff.
Unintelligent, uncompassionate, egotistical nurses.
Poor quality of care.
Good luck reaching the director of nursing!
Promises to resolve problems are broken.
Maybe this would be a good place if you bring your own doctor in as well as a private duty nurse.
Otherwise, nothing good to say except about the food.
