I have a family member that has been there since 2017. I am very pleased with the therapy dept. They do amazing work with folks to get them back up and towards a goal to get back home. The speech therapist was GREAT. She takes the time to work with the patients and speaks with the families.

Over all staff is much better then it use to be with Brian center name. I believe the new Owners and Management team there is Great…

I want to thank Lexington Health Rehab for the outstanding patient care that I received. Everyone from office staff, therapists, nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, food service staff and activities staff were kind and friendly. I was involved with physical, speech and occupational therapies and all the therapists were dedicated and professional. The nursing and CNA staff were compassionate for my needs.

I highly recommend Lexington Health Rehab to anyone who needs a dedicated team to assist them with their journey to recovery.

This nursing home is the best by far. The nurses, cna's and all the staff is exceptional and care about the residents. I have extremely pleased with the care my Mother has recieved.

I am extremely disappointed to hear that this facility has repeatedly denied access to a service of a war veteran employee. This is morally outrageous, and against the ADA that protects all disabled. This organization should be ashamed of itself for this behavior. I was looking into locations for a family member, and not only would I not choose a home with this kind of atmosphere, but if I had someone there, I would remove them. Our veterans sacrifice their lives for us, and this is what they get………..a fight that is morally and legally wrong. Please, anyone reading this, do your search, and homework, and send the facility a clear message of how you fell about this.

no way i would ever put one of my family members or my worst enemy in alston brook .nurses are very rude .patients are mistreated or ignored .in my opinion alston brook should be shut down

My best friend of over 50 years was at Alston Brook from the time they opened the new facility until her death in April. She had been at another nursing home previously and was miserable. From the day she entered Alston Brook, she was loved and cared for. The staff became her family and although she could do nothing for herself, they enabled her to have a quality of life that she could never have received, even at home. The nurses knew if there were any changes in her health, and the activity staff included her in everything. I was her POA and I can never describe the peace of mind I had during her stay there. Alston Brook is not only physically beautiful, but it is beautiful throughout each and every department staff. My family knows that should I need a nursing home, this is where I should go. (As a side note, until going to Hospice, I worked in the nursing home industry nationwide as a Director of Nursing and as a nurse consultant and compliance was a big part of my practice. This facility went above and beyond in this area.

My husband had a stroke 3 years ago ,then on March 7th,he fell and broke left hip,Had operation at Baptist Hospital,then VA sent him to a Nursing home in Lexington NC,was there for 2 weeks and 1 day,it was a disgusting place,I went looking for something better,and found Alston Brook in Lexington NC,It is a WONDERFUL PLACE,All the STAFF is wonderful,the Nurses,therapist working with my husband he is awesome,It is a very clean place,no smell,you can go home sleep and know your love one is being well taken care of.Jim Greene is a wonderful person there,I THANK GOD I FOUND ALSTON BROOK for my husband, my husband is there for short term rehab,and it is amazing what they have done for him in 2 and a half weeks.If I ever have to go in a Nursing Home this is where I would love to spend my last remaining days,It's a beautiful place,And I would like to THANK all the staff for the care they have given him.We just love the place,you the patient are treated with respect and care,
